WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
  • We like to keep things simple, so here is a quick rundown:

We offer you a choice between two shipping options: EXPRESS and STANDARD. This way, you can either have your gift swiftly delivered anywhere across Australia, or opt for more budget-friendly shipping rates nationwide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

The quickest delivery option

Overnight to most areas Australia Wide (allow 2 -4 days regional locations)

  • Express Delivery Australia Wide is a FLAT RATE of $25 per hamper.
  • Orders must be received by 10 am for dispatch for next day delivery.
  • We can deliver to PO BOX  and Private Bag locations.
  • When ordering with us you are authorising to leave the parcel if no one is home.
  • If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange to collect the gift from their local post office at their convenience.
  • We are unable to deliver at a specified time e.g. 10 am.

Shipping to rural areas typically takes 2-3 days, but overnight delivery reaches a surprisingly large number of places! Delivery times vary based on location, especially for regional and rural areas, which may involve an additional local courier. This is the top choice for fast deliveries.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Tasmanian Metro 1-3 business days (Mainland Australia and regional Tasmanian 3-8 business days)

Great rates if you’re ordering in advance and for metro areas.

  • Standard Delivery to Australia Wide is a FLAT RATE of $15 per hamper.
  • Orders must be received by 11 am for dispatch that day.
  • You can choose P.O delivery with this service.
  • When ordering you are authorising to leave the parcel if no one is home.
  • If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange to collect the gift from their local post office at their convenience.

  • All other areas: 10-20 business days – NOT RECCOMMENDED – We suggest express only for these regions. 

Please feel free to contact us in advance if you’re unsure of delivery time and we can give a fairly accurate delivery date depending on location. 

CARDED COLLECTION FROM POST OFFICE

  • Please Note:There are many regional areas throughout Australia and some of these are ‘Card Only’. Any gifts sent to these areas will have a delivery card left at the address and the package will be waiting at the local post office for collection. This is standard procedure for the residents in these town and they will all be used to the carded parcel system.  It is impossible for us to know which areas operate like this around the whole of Australia and hope customers understand that for small regional areas, our hampers may not be delivered to the door. 
  • There are also other situations where our parcels may be carded for collection. Such as an inaccessible property or unit block, a locked gate, dogs in the yard, properties with coded entry and also if the courier deems it “not safe” to leave for whatever reason. Sometimes even the parcel being exposed to the street or weather may cause the courier to leave a collection card as they have deemed it safer to do so. We trust Australia Post completely to make these decisions in the best interest of our parcels having a safe delivery. 
  • No Authority to Leave– You can request by email, phone or placing a note in the ‘delivery instructions” at checkout if you do not want the parcel left if the recipient isn’t home to sign for the delivery.

PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE 

You can select a preferred date of delivery for your gift so that we can be aware of when you’d really like it to get there. We will try our best to make sure delivery happens on the day you ask for, and we have a great track record with getting deliveries made as requested. Sometimes however, issues with postal services are out of our control. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

During the ordering process, you are able to leave delivery instructions for the driver, such as “please leave at the back door”, “please leave out of the sun”.

Please note the courier isn’t expected to call the recipient and notify of delivery and generally will not even if you request them to do so.

Delivery is during business hours and cannot provide delivery at a certain time of the day.  

HOSPITAL AND BUSINESS ADDRESS DELIVERIES

If your delivery is going to a patient in hospital, please ensure that all the details are accurate and that the patient is still going to be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses, please include the business name with your order.
