Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Gathered Tasmania, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. All products are checked before they leave our store, but if you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item so that we can organise a refund or replacement for you.


We do not accept returns if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

You have 14 business days to return a faulty item from the date you receive it.

Please contact us before returning items and we will be able to give you further advice and instructions about what to do.

When we have approved your return, please return the item in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us, however if your item is found to be faulty we will reimburse you for reasonable costs of postage or transportation so please retain your receipts for postage. When returning products please consider purchasing shipping insurance.


When we receive the item we will notify you that we have received it. We will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved for a refund we will contact you to organise a refund or to arrange for a replacement item to be delivered to you as soon as possible.


At times, a particular product in one of our hampers may be unavailable.  We will substitute this for a similar product of the same or higher monetary value.  We will attempt to contact you to inform you of this change, but be assured, our gifting game is spot on, so whatever we choose will be the perfect accompaniment to the hamper.
