Dr Ongo Sparkling

Dr Ongo Pet Nat is produced on small quantities by the legend Peter Dredge (who needs no introduction), so we are lucky to have a stash. Dredgey is also the winemaker for Meadowbank Estate. Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier with fermenting Riesling. It drinks like a bright pink, dry sparkling rose - it doesn’t disappoint - yum.

Rough Rice Fiery Fermented Salsa

These ferments are like nothing else you’ve tasted. Made in a Hobart backyard, these complex, slow-matured sauces and condiments are in demand across the country. The flagship? A hot sauce made with at least 20 different fruits veggies and herbs and fed constantly over the past six years, like a sourdough starter. Adam James is the owner, operator and creative genius of Rough Rice - and we are lucky enough to feature some Spicy Club Med Hot Sauce in our hampers. IYKYK
